Red wine from the Son Grau Gran winery, under the D.O. VT Majorca. Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg with selection in the field. Fermentation with 30% of the whole bunch and the rest of the grapes destemmed with whole grain. Light pumpovers for 10 days and gentle pressing. Aging in barrels of third and fourth year of 500L for 6 months. Production of 918 bottles.

Direct pressing obtaining a clean must with a pale color and fermentation at a controlled temperature after a slight racking. Aged in tank on its lees for 6 months. Production of 2,295 bottles.
