Red wine from Can Majoral winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. The maceration and fermentation last between 10 and 18 days, depending on the variety, at 25ºC in stainless steel tanks. Once the wine is bled, the most suitable blend is made and then it is aged for 9 months in 225-liter American and French oak barrels, until the desired fineness is achieved.

The grapes arrive at the isothermal stainless steel tanks by means of a gravity crane, where they ferment at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged for 8 months in 225 and 500 liter barrels.

The malolactic is produced in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 5 months in French barrels.
