Red wine from the Carramimbre winery, under the DO Ribera del Duero. The flagship of the winery. It is a very limited edition that only goes on the market if the harvest reaches a high level of quality. It comes exclusively from two plots of the winery's vineyards over forty years old that are pampered by our technical team throughout the year. It is the perfect symbiosis between balance and elegance. Fermentation is carried out in a French oak tank and then aged in brand new French oak barrels for a minimum of 20 months. It is a velvety, medium-bodied wine. Its round tannin and ripe fruit stand out.

White wine from Galmés i Ferrer winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. Before the manual harvest, the grapes are selected in the vineyard. Each grape is vinified separately. It undergoes a film maceration in the press itself for a few hours and then it ferments at a controlled temperature in a stainless steel tank, except for Giró, which ferments and is aged for 6 months in barrels. The rest remain 4 months on their fine lees before blending.

Red wine from Pesquera winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. Pesquera Crianza is a red wine made by Tinto Pesquera, one of the wineries of the Fernández Rivera family. It has been developed within the municipality of Pesquera de Duero, facing south at an altitude of more than 800 meters, 200 hectares and of loamy-sandy terrain. Once the fermentation is over, it has aged 24 months in American oak barrels and rested in the bottle for another 12 months before being released on the market.
