Red wine from Cune winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. The grapes from which Contino Reserva is born come from vineyards of Finca San Rafael, which are located in the municipality of Laguardia, in La Rioja Alavesa. The grapes for this wine are harvested manually and small boxes are used to transport the bunches to the winery. In this way, it is ensured that the grains do not break prematurely and lose their qualities. In the winery, the grapes are selected on selection belts and subsequently fermented in 12,000-liter stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of between 28ºC and 30ºC. After fermentation, a 15-day maceration is carried out. Ultimately, Contino Reserva rests in French oak barrels -60% - and American -40% - for 24 months. In the winery, the grapes are cleaned and refrigerated before destemming and sorting grain by grain at the table. Subsequently, it passes by gravity to the isothermal stainless steel tanks in which it ferments at a controlled temperature. The malolactic fermentation takes place in wooden foudres and stainless steel tanks. It is aged for 24 months in used oak barrels of different sizes. Each variety is vinified separately and then the blend is made. Finally, it spends another 36 months in the bottle before going on the market.

Red wine from Binigual winery, under the D.O. Binissalem. Harvested in small boxes of 10-12 kg, once they arrive at the winery they are selected by hand and left to ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The maceration lasts an average of 20-25 days and the malolactic fermentation takes place partly in cement tanks and partly in barrels. Subsequently, they are aged for 15 months in French oak barrels -80% - and in American oak barrels -20% -, of which 40% are new barrels and the rest are second year.

Red wine from Binigual winery, under the D.O. Binissalem. Manual harvest in boxes of 12 kilograms. After the previous selection in the vineyard, there is a second selection in the winery. Fermentation takes place partly in 500-liter French oak fermentation barrels and partly in 4600-liter stainless steel tanks. The malolactic is produced in new French oak barrels. Once fermented, it undergoes an 18-month aging process in new 225-liter French oak barrels with a medium toast.

Red wine from Pingus winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. The grape comes from select old vines between 50 and 70 years old of the Tinta de Toro variety. These are small plots of very low production and only 5 hectares in size in the towns of Pesquera and Roa. The grapes were destemmed and subsequently macerated at a controlled temperature. The must fermented at a controlled temperature and underwent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. It is aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 21 months.

Red wine from Pesquera winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. Pesquera Crianza is a red wine made by Tinto Pesquera, one of the wineries of the Fernández Rivera family. It has been developed within the municipality of Pesquera de Duero, facing south at an altitude of more than 800 meters, 200 hectares and of loamy-sandy terrain. Once the fermentation is over, it has aged 24 months in American oak barrels and rested in the bottle for another 12 months before being released on the market.
