Red wine from the Pago de los Capellanes winery, under the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The must undergoes a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days below 12ºC. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with pumping over and phenolic control of the must-wine in maceration. After performing the malolactic, it is aged for 18 months in 225-liter fine-grained French oak barrels.

It is incubated without previous crushing, in order to preserve its purest and freshest aromas. The must is moved by gravity and ferments with its own yeasts. It is refined by protecting it in French and American oak barrels for around 12 months.
