Rosé wine from José L. Ferrer winery, under the D. O. Binissalem. Maceration of the skins for 48 hours to partially extract the color. Controlled fermentation at around 15ºC in stainless steel tanks.
Yellow color with greenish bright reflections.
Intense aroma of tropical fruits, along with floral and vegetable sensations, orange blossom and fennel.
Fresh entry as a result of a balanced acidity. Soft and intense at the same time. Vanilla and yeast sensations, due to the aging on lees, which gives this slight unctuousness. Long taste persistence.
Semi-cured cheeses and fish. Service between 2ºC to 6ºC.
