Red wine from Can Majoral winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. The maceration and fermentation last between 10 and 18 days, depending on the variety, at 25ºC in stainless steel tanks. Once the wine is bled, the most suitable blend is made and then it is aged for 9 months in 225-liter American and French oak barrels, until the desired fineness is achieved.

White wine from Es Fangar winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. Totally organic vineyard. The bunches are refrigerated when they arrive at the winery in specially designed chambers. Next, the grape is destemmed and selected before soft pressing. Subsequently, it enters by gravity into the isothermal stainless steel tanks, where it ferments at a controlled temperature. Each grape is vinified separately and then the blend is made. In the case of Chardonnay, it is aged in barrels for 4 new months and the rest rests with its fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

Red wine from Es Fangar winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. Totally organic vineyard. The harvest is done manually. The grapes are refrigerated when they arrive at the winery and are subsequently destemmed and selected grain by grain at the table. It passes through gravity to the isothermal stainless steel tanks, using only flower must. The malolactic fermentation takes place in wooden foudres. The blend is made and, finally, it undergoes a 32-month aging in used oak barrels.

Red wine from Can Majoral winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. Callet is a very special variety because it requires old vines, a great maturation and a very appropriate selection of grapes. Therefore, this wine is produced very little and only really good years come out. Fermentation and maceration in open oak barrels for 2 weeks at 25ºC. The malolactic fermentation took place in barrels. Aging lasted 12 months in French oak barrels of the Quercus petraea type. This wine has not been cold stabilized, so it can present tartaric precipitations.

Galdent has undergone a skin maceration for 8 hours before going to the press, and a fermentation of the flower must and the first fraction of the pressing in new French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 16º C. Giró Blanco or also known as Giró Rubio, is an autochthonous variety that was on the verge of disappearing and has been recovered in recent years. The wine is left to rest for 6 months with its fine lees and after a gentle clarification and filtration it is bottled during the beginning of spring.
