Vista

The wine has ruby ??red hues with bluish reflections. It is clean and bright.

Nariz

It is reminiscent of spicy and mineral tones, with a subtle background of red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, very ripe plum, and fig, which makes it a very elegant and aromatic wine.

Boca

In the mouth we perceive hints of spice, especially clove. Later in the mouth we find caramel, sweet notes, cocoa and a soft lactic and mineral/saline touch.



Pairing

It is advisable to pair with pasta dishes, white meat or rice dishes such as paella.
