On the nose it is a very fruity wine, with notes of red fruits, strawberries, currants, cherries and stone fruits, such as peach and apricot.
In the mouth it presents itself as a fresh, balanced wine, with well-integrated acidity and an aftertaste of stone fruits (peach, apricot), with a mineral touch characteristic of our vineyards next to the Mediterranean Sea.
Pairing
soft meals or dinners such as pasta, rice and fish. It combines perfectly even with light meats. Highly recommended for starters or desserts.
