White wine from the Astobiza winery, under the Txakolí winery. Malkoa is a special txakoli, called estate or pago; authentic, genuine and with a much longer bottle life than what has been produced so far. Made with very ripe Ondarrabi Zuri grapes from a plot of our own vineyard and cultivated with integrated production viticulture, respectful of the environment. This txakoli remained for 20 months in an ovoid concrete tank, where its lees (yeasts) continually move spontaneously within a space without edges and with the help of the daily thermal oscillation between day and night. During this time, the wine self-stabilizes and gains volume in the mouth, integrating the rest of the components, then entering the bottle with a reducing aging, which completes its refinement.

Red wine from Cune winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. After the harvest, the grapes go through a selection table. Afterwards, the must ferments and performs malolactic in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature. Afterwards, the wine is aged for 12 months in American oak barrels before being bottled.

Red wine from Protos winery, under the D. O. Ribera del Duero. The Protos Crianza has been made with a blend of different plots of Tempranillo to achieve a more real and complex expression. The vineyards have an average age of about 35 years. The 14-month aging has been carried out in new and used French and American oak barrels in equal parts. Once the oxidative aging is finished, it rests for another 14 months in the bottle.

Vino blanco de la bodega Son Alegre, acogido a la Denominación de Origen V. T. Mallorca. Viñedos de 15 años con cubierta vegetal para garantizar la biodiversidad en vida y mejorar la microbiología de los suelos. La vendimia se realiza manualmente en cajas de 15 kg. Cada variedad se vinifica por separado en depósitos de acero inoxidable de 2500 litros y tras la fermentación pasa 5 meses sobre sus lías. Finalmente, se realiza el coupage con la intención de conseguir un equilibrio entre las distintas variedades.

Red wine from Son Alegre winery, under the Designation of Origin V. T. Mallorca. 15-year-old vineyards with plant cover to guarantee biodiversity in life and improve the microbiology of soils. The harvest is done manually in 15 kg boxes. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is carried out in 2500 liter stainless steel tanks. Then it is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, which contributes to achieve elegance and personality.

White wine from Es Fangar winery, under the D.O. Pla i Llevant. Totally organic vineyard. Upon reaching the winery, the bunches remain in a specially designed cold room. It performs a cold maceration and is pressed before passing to isothermal stainless steel tanks by means of gravity, where it ferments at a controlled temperature. Finally, the settling is carried out and the wine is kept in contact with fine lees for 4 months.

Red wine from the Álvaro Palacios winery, under the D.O. Priorat. Upon reaching the winery, the bunches are de-stemmed and gently squeezed to begin the alcoholic fermentation; which will be carried out in cement and wood vats, with native yeasts and periodic punching. The resulting wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in wooden vats and barrels, to finally continue aging for 12 months in barrels.

White wine from Gramona winery, under the D. O. Penedés. After harvesting and selection, the grapes are destemmed and macerated at a low temperature. Once the pressing is finished, each variety ferments separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Finally, the blend is made.
