Red wine from Sierra de Cantabria winery, under the D. O. La Rioja. After the selection of bunches in the vineyard, they are harvested by hand. Once in the winery, a grain-by-grain selection is made after destemming. It ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and performs malolactic in new French and American oak barrels in which the wine will be aged for 20 months.
